Battery replacement now have a black navigation screen

Last night while out to dinner the battery in our 2016 NX200t died. We bought the car used about a year ago. The battery was original. Got a jump to get home and put a new battery in it this morning. Now the navigation screen is black and the radio won't turn on. I have read that this has been a problem in the UK with the European models but has anyone had that issue here. The car only has 50k miles on it.

Have you resolved the issue with the navigation.  I have a similar problem.  I had my battery replaced by an independent mechanic and ever since the radio and navigation do not work.  Lexus charged me 850 dollars to do a diagnostic and they say the whole head unit needs to be replaced at a cost of about 5k.  I am not doing that.  Of cource the mechanic who replaced the battery says they did everything properly when replacing the battery.  Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it?
