Invest and Repair or sell???

[1995 SC400 Fan Club]

I have a 1995 Lexus SC400 with 330,000 miles and live in CA so it stills looks great. 

The Check Engine light came on and the Lexus Dealer said their were two sensors showing signs of problems.  Now, the car will not pass the Smog Test and so I need to repair these issues (which will be expensive) or sell the car for parts.

What would you do?
