Stephp Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Good day everyone. I am wondering if anyone has had trouble with nx350h run flats. I literally purchased a new nx350h 2024and within 72 hours my tires had a flat. Could the tires be faulty? While riding along a perfectly normal street I hear a pop and by the time I drive 1000 feet there is air coming out of the tire. I went back and looked on the road and there was nothing there. I find it weird that while at the dealership I was asked repeatedly to purchase tire insurance as I’ve always had no problem with tires on my other vehicles, I declined. It’s almost as if they know the tires were bad. Has anyone experienced something similar? 1
RX400h Posted December 13, 2023 Posted December 13, 2023 I believe the tires are covered by the manufacturer if one of the tires is defective. If the tire was incorrectly mounted, then Lexus should cover its replacement. In other words there should be a built-in warranty. 1
