high pitch tone on start up of 2024 rx 350h

How can I turn off this high pitch tone, not the chimes, when i press the start button. On the youtube  videos  I never hear that tone when they press the start button, you just hear the chimes. Anybody else have this issue? The tone really hurts my ears.

Since your RX is new, you may want to have the dealership's service person tell you whether that sound can be "coded out" by them or whether you can do it, yourself.

Turns out, the rear seat(s) have to be in a certain position on startup. They should have caught this at delivery, but didn't.  Adjusting the rear seat stopped the high pitched tone.
