Rubber Weatherstripping Window Seals

Definitely time to replace the Rubber Weatherstripping Window Seals on our 2003 GX470. Any suggestions for replacement parts for this and any other rubber parts that should be replaced at the 20 year mark??

You may want to also check other seals for doors and hood. Also, it may be a good idea to check rubber hoses for adequate pliability.
