Crank But No Start

I have a 2002 Lexus Lx 470, the battery is good, I’ve changed all the spark plugs, change a couple of the ignition coils, checked all the fuses, and still it crank but no turn over, it has the engine light on but I can’t find a code reader to tell why the light is on.

There are code readers that state in their literature that they work with all Toyota/Lexus vehicles made after 1997.

The good ones tend to cost much more than the $20 ones that may or may not work.

Now you may be able to rent one from your local auto parts store.
