2011 es350 only drivers door locks/unlocks w/ fob or button

Having a strange issue with my 2011 ES350...when unlocking or locking the doors with the keyfob or interior button, only the driver's side locks respond.  All other doors do nothing.  I thought maybe actuator issues, but it doesn't make sense to me that the other 3 doors would stop working at the same time.  Any ideas what could be causing this?

You may have accidentally touched the child switch on the driver's door.

thanks for your reply.  I can confirm the child switch is not on/active.

I should add that the issue is intermittent.  It works roughly 10% of the time, but not at all the other 90%.

As with all gizmotrons, I spray electrical contact cleaner on any electrical that does not work. Often a cheep fix. I think that the drivers door controls the others, so that would be a place to start.
