Unknown hose, broken fitting 2015 NX200T

as shown in the pic, this plastic 90 degree fitting has broken, I don't know what the function of this hose is. It is located under the driver's side and I need to know if I can replace this myself. The vehicle still seems to run fine, no warning lights on. Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated!

I would call the Lexus parts department person to describe what you see. Of course, it you could send this photo to an email address or text to a phone number that would be better.

If that proves fruitless, can you cut off the angle remnant on the fitting shown on the left, and pull out the other half from the tubing on the right? Maybe then you can use tape to keep the two hoses together before driving to the dealership. to show what you have to the parts department person.
