oil cooler line

Aloha guys, I have been hearing a lot about those 3.5 v6 having a  rubber hose going from the engine to the oil cooler that could burst at any time! My mechanic says that I would see a drip before it blew and lunched the motor.

How do I tell if I have an oil cooler?

Do you folks think the rubber part would leak before bursting?

I'd see where it would be, based upon what is shown in the videos, then take a look to verify.
