Help! changed spark wires and throwing code 71 and 24!

hey yall, 

I just finished installing all new spark plugs, ignition coils, spark wires, and distributer cap and rotor.

after I test drove it I washed it hopped in and saw the CEL, checked it once I got back and code 24 and 71 are up, I haven't had it long and the first week of having it, it threw a maf code (31) but I unplugged the ECU and checked the capacitors and reset the light after checking the wiring on the maf to see if it was faulty,

since then I haven't had the code come back but now I have these 2 new codes im worries about, any ideas of why after doing the plugs and stuff it would throw them? it idles at around 900-1000, smells like it runs rich at times and will stall when you tapped the gas in drive or reverse with the foot on the brake.

I also cleaned the throttle body a bit while everything was off of it
