2004 RX330 worth buying in 2023?

I am looking at a 2004 RX 330 with 68000 original miles, clean title car for $7500 by a private seller.  Any specific reasons should I not consider this as good value?  I am keeping this for myself and thinking of giving to my high school son end of his school or when he goes to college. Please advise. Never driven Lexus in my life. Had only Honda car and van.

At that age, maintenance history is very important. See if you can find a Lexus maintenance schedule for this vehicle, and query the owner about whether each service was performed. Does the owner have receipts or at least a spread sheet of what was done over the years?

Also, it would be beneficial to have a Lexus dealership perform a complete inspection.
