2014 IS 350 RECALL FOR DASH PROBLEMS?

We have a 2014 IS showing wear on the side door panels and handle - we see that there was a recall on this with a 10 yr service period - anyone have experience with this?  Can we still get it fixed?

Are you certain that the recall is not for the sticky/cracked dash?

Yes - but it includes the door panels as well.  We checked with Lexus corporate at they said there is a 10 yr extended warranty to replace them.  Apparently prior owner had the dash replaced.

Did you check with the dealership that did the dash replacement?

No - the prior owner did the replacement - the dash is fine in hot hot weather

The Door panels were not replaced  - and we can clearly see damage especially to the door handles
