Rear Outboard Seat Belt Guides

Hi,

Our grand daughter uses a booster in the rear seat of our 450h, however, the rear seat belt slips off her shoulder.  Is there a guide that can be fitted to the top surface of the seat back  that many cars seem to have fitted to stop this occurring?

Thanks for getting back to me.  However, we are using the base of the booster as shown in the picture below so there is nothing to keep the belt slipping off her shoulder.
