I need to get a replacement part for the windshield washer reservoir for RX350 2008 3.5 L V6, 4WD made in Canada.

I found one on carparts.com, with Interchange Part Number: 8535548010-PFM, LX1288121, except with a fitnote - for Models Made In Japan.

If anyone knows if that is the same part for the model in Canada? many thanks
