How Can I Install My Aftermarket Sub

I've got a JL Audio 12" W6 subwoofer and a 350 watt kenwood amp complete with all wiring that I got for free. Is there any way I can install it on the factory sound system? Edit: I hate being a noob. ;) I just noticed the audio forum. Mods, if you would?
