Replacement of 2015 RX 350 Leather Upholstery?

Looking into purchasing a Lexus RX 350 2015 however the leather on the seats has become worn in spots and cracked.

Is it pretty easy to have a dealership or reliable repair shop (Lexus, CarMax etc) order new leather upholstery for front and back seats and replace?

Here in my area, there are a couple of Auto Upholstery shops that do just that. You may want to search for shops like that in your part of town.
