93 Es Woes...

I have a 1993 Es. This is my first post, but I've been lurking for quite some time. I've searched and read most of the posts so you'd think my questions would be answered. B) My car is in great condition, but it suffers from some of the usual issues of the 3vzfe. I need to replace both valve cover gaskets, oil pan (stripped threads), and some other minor things. I also wanna upgrade the suspension a little. My first question is, although i've found lots of places on the net that sell parts, I'm curious if there are any really good comprehensive lexus/toyota parts that deal with factory parts only and have decent prices. Dunno if that was a question or not, but the other question is when I upgrade the suspension.. mainly just shock/strut and springs, what other components would be good to replace at that time? Strut mounts? anything else? I wanna have a solid suspension. Thanks in advance for any replies.

The other non-Internet option to obtain parts for your Lexus is to go to a Toyota parts dept at the dealership. Usually they sell the same parts as in the Lexus dealership, but at a cheaper price (by about 30-45%). FYI, Camry and Lexus ES parts are interchangeable by each model year (e.g. '97 Camry parts <=> '97 Lexus ES300 parts), since both cars share the same chassis code.
