Will Rx300 Leather/wood Shift Knob Fit On An Es300

I was browsing on Ebay when I came across an auction for an RX300 shift knob. Has anybody tried fitting the knob in an ES300 (97-2001) ?

if you are talking about the shift knob for the 2002+ ES/RX with gated shifters then probably not.

The 97-01 ES shift handle has a release button in the handle that is not in the 2002+ shift knob.

PS, a link to the ebay picture would be helpful so that we could see what the knob in question looks like.

You are right LexusK8...thats exactly the shifter I was talking about. From what I can see, it does have the OD and shift buttons. It looks sharp...if it fits, I'd seriously consider bidding on it! What do you guys think?
