Climate Control not working

I have a ‘04 RX330 that my daughters drive. Temp buttons, defrost, air circulation, auto buttons all not working. Hazards lights work. Tadio works. The car has a Navi system that works…but can’t get it to turn on any climate stuff. We have checked fuses… and disconnected the battery. 
 I did get a message on screen…saying air conditioner is “off”. The little orange lights on the buttons do not light up either.  
 Anyone ever have this issue.

How did you check the fuses? They should be checked with a multimeter.
