Centre Panel No Power

Hi

I plugged a test device (shows battery condition and alternator charge) into my front cigar lighter socket this morning which immediatly lost the electric power to all of the centre panel, The a/c, clock, radio, cigar lighter, heater controls and diplays all have stopped working, I thought it may have been a fuse, so checked all in the interior and all under the hood, all checked ok, is there some where else that I should check? (this is a 95 gs300)
