For my 2003 Lexus RX overnight battery drain, mechanic determined in was a constant 4.2 amp draw coming from somewhere INSIDE the vehicle.   But, it was NOT the Multiplex Body Control Module said to be the specific problem by some.  I have checked the full diagram of the vehicle's electric system but it does not break down specific sources, likely since they probably all go thru large amp points.   Is there a way to find single sources of a 4.2 amp electrical draw, which I might be able to fix or disconnect??

Thank you for any suggestions.  John L.

While measuring current draw, mechanics would pull fuses, one by one to see which one is tied to the source of drain.

If the solution is not easily identifiable, an Auto Electric shop, which specializes in locating current drains, may be a good option. I've used them a few times and they always located the source, very quickly.
