We had a 2011 LX and passed along to our daughter. Now have a 2016 LX. Very different car.  There is no noticeable difference in the ride between Comfort and Sport. Ride is much rougher than the 2011 where the different ride settings made a clear difference. The car has more road and wind noise. The entire car shimmies when we hit bumps in the road. Have taken back to Lexus a couple of times with no avail.
Any thoughts or similar experiences?

I had similar ride issues with my 2015. I had an alignment done by a reputable shop. No more issues. I do not have any cabin noise so not sure what that is about.
