misterkni Posted August 20, 2004 Share Posted August 20, 2004 I purchased a '91 LS400 about a year ago. The climate control display was not working. I read all the post and figured someday I'll send it to Mikado. Today to my surprise I started the car and it was working. Fully illuminated with the temp. and the time. I couldn't believe it! Unfortunately, my happiness didn't last long. About 10 minutes later it started to fade. My question is do I still need to send it in or could it be something else wrong. 92Lex Posted August 20, 2004 Share Posted August 20, 2004 Mines is blacked out sometimes but works perfectly fine when the car heats up from sitting in the sun. I think it has more to do with the LCD screen being damaged rather then an intermittent electrical problem. Was it hot in your car when you started it up?
