Rear marker lights. Replace them

I’m not able to get to the right rear marker light on my 2000 rx300.

I believe (based upon a short search) you have to remove the tire before removing 4 screws on fender cover that is close to side marker light. Pull fender cover out a bit for you to use your other hand to reach side marker light. Twist and remove the bulb.
