Want To Have Creaking Front End Repaired

I want to have the creaking front end repaired on my 91 Lex but I really need to know what it is that's wrong and the parts I need to buy to have it fixed. thanks

ok what does creaking mean? i changed all of my front suspension components and the major noise makers were the lower ball joints, inner tie rods, strut arm bushings, and swaybar bushings. the lower arms were really not that worn along with the uppers.
