Traction Control light on

My traction control light came on when I spun my tire on a wet surface and the check engine light comes on with it. How to permanently clear it? You  can take it to most auto parts stores for a free OBD II code check. The person doing this should be able to tell you what any codes mean. They can also erase the code after the failed part (if any) is replaced.
