SEAN_VANCE Posted June 25, 2004 Share Posted June 25, 2004 Well, I bought a nice set of Lexus GS400 wheels on eBay for $500 bucks with tires, so I got an awesome deal....not to mention it included shipping! WOW....well better than stock wheels, I like them they are nicer than I thought.... Anyhow, I wanted to know if I could slap some 245 on 17x8 ....will the 245 work for 8" wide rims? Or is it better to keep them at the recommended 235?? What is the thickest tire I can slap on a 8" wide rim??? Anyone go 245 on an 8"?? Let me know thanks!
