blueviol
Hi, Whenever I turn on the AC at idle, my 95 SC400's RPM hikes up about 500 more, and when I turn off the AC at idle, the RPM settles back to about 500. It's very little noticeable when turning on at high speed cruizing. Is this a usual symptom related to aging vehicle? How can I fix this? Thanks. AWJ
It takes work to drive the ac. The load step is normal. You could pull the belt and check the ac clutch and pully if you think there is a problem.
