Hey Everyone, 

Just bought a 21 IS 350 F and I was trying to setup Lexus Enform account on the app. I created an account and all, but when I tried to add my VIN, I get a message that says the records don't match. I'm assuming my car's VIN is still attached to the original owner's account. How do I get this changed over? Thanks!
