I live in Tbilisi, Georgia an I have 02'Lexus LX470.
Please let me know, if it is possible to change format from NTSC to PAL?

In United States DVD format is "NTSC"
and in europe it's "PAL"
and i want to change Lexus DVD Navigation from "NTSC" format to "PAL" because i live in europe and it's impossible tu use "NTSC" format here. All DVD Disks are on "PAL" format in Europe.

In Australia we use PAL, might be worth your while to see if you can get it from here.

I do have a 2003 LX470 and live in Norway. Iàm useing the original Nav.system with a European DVD without doeing changes to the system.
When thalking about entertainment system and PAL it`s not possible. Here you have to make or buy zonefree disks.
