Suddenly, the remote key for my 2004 LS430 stopped working. It works fine manually but no longer allows me to start the car when the key is not in the ignition nor can I open the door with the key in my pocket. Is there an initialization procedure that will allow me to get the car and key to recognize each other? I would rather not have to go the dealer. The key battery was replaced last year. Thanks,

My 2004 LS430 suddenly has a low tire pressure alarm even though the tires are properly inflated. The dealership wants $600 to replace all 4 sensors. Is there any way to reset the alarm or, better yet, permanently disconnect it?
