Is350 Engine Noise At Time Of Ignition

I did some digging and could not find a definitive answer so I’ll ask here. Is the power train warranty transferable? If so, does it still cover this TSIB repair? I have an ’06 IS 350 with about 56,000 miles on the clock that has this issue about 10% of the time on cold startup.
