Indiana will be getting snow soon, I own a 2005 LS430 and need to replace original tires. Any recommendations on a good overall tire.

Am I able to cancel auto door locking when transmission is placed in reverse or drive ? Thanks in advance

left rear door's window and lock cannot be operated from any location, no power to courtesy light either, left rear door does not lock when shifted to drive. Possible door computer problem?? 2005 ls430 with 26,000 miles. thanks
