My wife's '04 LX470 has the Lexus chrome wheels. She has had 3 center caps fall off since new in Feb. It was not the same wheel each time. Our dealer has replaced them. I'm curious if this is a common problem. I have seen another LX470 with chrome wheels missing a center cap. Anyone else have or know of this problem?
