Where is the best place to download shop manual? Looked around here locally for hard copy unable to find....

Just purchased this vehicle. Drivers seat back will not tilt back, can hear switch make toward front position but not back. Window contoller on drivers door very in and out for window operation. Mirrors inop also. Any ideas on repairs?
