I changed the plugs anyway the oil has gone away, yes there is still plenty of oil in the engine. The plugs are in fact not the bosch ones everyone was putting in they are the right ones dont remember the name right now. I took it to a tuner shop... they ran a dealer test on it. They called it the "super computer" they read it out and looked like it was the throtle position sensor. so I bought a new one had it installed and guess what.... not the problem. so then they said the throttle was sticking and slow to open so they decided it was the throttle position motor which cost me $400 for installation, parts and labor and guess what..... not the problem again! I am thinking it has nothing to do with the engine, but maybe the tranny? since we can't find anymore problems on the "super computer" maybe it's a switch in the tranny? For the whistle coming from the exhaust I pulled off the muffler and ran the car and it did not whistle so maybe the inner core is loose? So i'll just get an aftermarket exhaust kit. I plan on still changing the head gasket even though the oil stopped leaking into the chambers. I want to change the plug wires, but they are so expensive and I don't have any miss fires, should I even do that? Thanks for your replies!
