  1. The super computer tells me everything such as fuel flow fuel pressure air temp air pressure spark timings anything u can think of it will tell u its the same computer the dealerships have not the obdII testor but the engine testor i dont know much more about it. when i removed the spark plugs the first time i did find oil in my chambers which was indicating my head gasket was leaking so i put them back in without changing the spark plugs because i was gonna wait for the new gasket. A few weeks later i purchased NGK's from advanced auto parts pulled the plugs and no more oil was leaking into my chambers so i then decided to change them. I have checked my oil tank and it does infact have the proper amount of oil in it. so its not leaking anymore. I still have the lag and slow throttle response.
  2. I changed the plugs anyway the oil has gone away, yes there is still plenty of oil in the engine. The plugs are in fact not the bosch ones everyone was putting in they are the right ones dont remember the name right now. I took it to a tuner shop... they ran a dealer test on it. They called it the "super computer" they read it out and looked like it was the throtle position sensor. so I bought a new one had it installed and guess what.... not the problem. so then they said the throttle was sticking and slow to open so they decided it was the throttle position motor which cost me $400 for installation, parts and labor and guess what..... not the problem again! I am thinking it has nothing to do with the engine, but maybe the tranny? since we can't find anymore problems on the "super computer" maybe it's a switch in the tranny? For the whistle coming from the exhaust I pulled off the muffler and ran the car and it did not whistle so maybe the inner core is loose? So i'll just get an aftermarket exhaust kit. I plan on still changing the head gasket even though the oil stopped leaking into the chambers. I want to change the plug wires, but they are so expensive and I don't have any miss fires, should I even do that? Thanks for your replies!
  3. I was going to change my spark plugs, but when itook them out i noticed there was quite a bit of oil at the bottom of the chamber. I spoke to a mechanic and he suggested changing my head gasket. He may be right but I wanted another opinion before I do that. My second problem is a loud whistle coming from the inside of the exhaust only when I give it some heavy peddling, but loud and annoying. And finally I have a lag in response....when I press the peddle down it takes a sec to start going and lets say i give it a good half way down peddal the RPM will stop at 4k and the car seems to bog down, but will stay at 4k untill I either let up or peddal to the floor, but only seems to giving half the power it should be all the way through its very annoying and would appreciate any comments wether good or bad thx.
