New Owner, Bluetooth / Voice Command Question

On my Blackberry I can speed dial my voice mail number including password. For example 555 555 5555p#5555# This coding sequence dials the number, pauses and waits for the voicemail and then adds the password and gets me into my voicemail in one step. The Lexus speed dial function drops the last sequence and I have to do this off of my Blackberry to complete the call. Any suggestions? The car is a 2009 ES 350 with Nav.
