The panel gauge lights (speed lights, AC lights, stereo lights) turn off when I turn my headlights on. When the headlights are off, the gauge lights are illuminated. Strange problem. The "ELC PWR" warning light is also visible. Any thoughts?

The panel gauge lights (speed lights, stero lights, AC lights, etc) in my 96' ES300 go off when I turn on my headlights. If the headlights are off, the panel gauge lights work just fine. Also, the "ELC PWR" warning light has come on. The relevent fuses were examined, and all appear to be in good condition. The overhead dome light is also working. Any thoughts out there?? :)

Attachment was meaningless. sorry about the confustion. Any thoughts on the trapped CD cartridge??

My 6 disk CD cartridge is stuck in the trunk CD player. Is there an elegant way to eject the cartridge without a major disassembly? :cries:
