I have a 1996 sc400 with 125,000 miles on it. Once in a while the RPM will jump real high. The only way to lower the RPM is to shut off the engine and then restart it. Then it will be ok for a while. the engine light does not come on. Any ideas . This only happens when I am trying to stop not while Im driving>Anyone got any ideas. Thanks
