My dealer was going to charge me $700 to install it. He finally agreed to waive the price when I balked at buying the car. My bad. I should have been more specific. I should not have said dealer, but after market/OEM part seller.

Does anyone know a dealer that carries the OEM XM unit other than Sewell? I just want to do some price shopping and Google is not coming up with a lot. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I had just assumed that since the specific maintenance records could be associated with the VIN that the equipment could be as well.

Does the CPO process include implementing outstanding TSBs, etc? Also is there a way to get a detailed listing of equipment on a vehicle based on the VIN? I am picking up my CPO IS250 on Saturday! Thanks!
