I have a 2002 Es 300 and one of the alarm settings has personalized itself. When I hit the remote to unlock, I get 2 chirps and the lights flash twice. I used to get one chip and one flash when locking. Now the car locks but no chirp or flash. How can i get the chirp back?

My 2002 es 300 has all of the sudden personalized one of the alarm settings. When I hit the keyless switch to lock the car, it used to chip once and flash the lights once. now it locks the doors but no sound or lights. it still chirps twice and the lights flash twice when I hit the unlock button. Any help would be appreciated.
