Anybody had or know of someone who has worked through getting their navigation CD reader tested, fixed or replaced? Like who what and where is the best way to go on this issue. Thanks of any advise.

I get a 'no disc detected' on the screen all the time when I try to use the navigation feature on screen. Two discs, one new and one old so that isn't it. Got any ideas? What about a new reader? Who, what and how much$$$$$$$? Something you've done seen done? Or maybe something I can do? :(
