    Can't get the battery out. Any knowledge of this problem? Thanks for any info.

    Are there special tools necessary to remove/replace a battery in a 2002 ES 300. I have attempted in the past and could not remove the battery. Any suggestions? I am offended by the dealer cost for this. thanks.
