I just wasted a trip to the dealer today for them to tell me my brakes were too worn to get free ones under the TSB (35k miles). Ok. So then they quoted me $600 for a brake job, saying that since the rotors that come on the IS are "non-turnable" I have to replace pads and rotors. Anyone know anything about this?

Hey. I tried all of you guys' suggestions and none of them worked. So I made an hour drive to Lexus of Greenville and they fixed me up in about an hour. They said something about they had to reset something and asked me if I'd had a dead battery or anything lately. I hadn't but they got it fixed now. I also made them check all the electronics in the car to make sure nothing got damaged by the rain and they said everything was fine. I also got a (badly needed) wash. I loved the experience there. Very nice! Thanks!

The sunroof will not close on my car. Every time I push the automatic close button, it closes about 9/10 of the way and then opens back up. I have tried turning the little knob and it does the same thing. Any ideas on what I should do? Its supposed to rain :( . And to top it all off, I am due any day to have my first baby and his car seat is in the car so now I'm off to wobble my fat !Removed! out there to get that out so it doesn't get ruined. Hope I don't go in labor tonight....

I've put about 500 miles on it in the week that I've had it B)!! I just love it! Its a head-turner. I get compliments everyday!

Hey guys! I am a long-time lurker and 1st time poster to the site! I finally got my IS250 last week! Its an '07 Matador Red Mica/cashmere and I am sooooooo in love! With only 21k miles, it was barely broken in! I love my new baby! :D
