Need help!! I have the sludge problem on my 1999 RX 300. Engine shot. I need input on how to deal with Lexus customer service. Out of class action warranty (8 yrs 2 months) but only 102K on the engine. Changed my oil routinely etc. Lexus only giving me a partial discount. Any suggestions? Thanks
