SMRX300

hi i have 2003 es 300 lexus and as per recommendation timing belt and water pump was changed. after this servie strange grinding noise started and i can feel the vibration at the gas pedal. pleasure of driving the lexus has been ripped off it seem now i am driving some truck. any advice is higly appriciated now the milage is 95000 2003 es 300 it was not done by the dealer although parts were bought from the toyata dealer. thanks SMRX300
