I have a red top in my 2004 and seem to work great.

I was wondering if anyone has ever taken there front door panels off, I have this strange popping noise when opening the front drivers door and belive I need to pull the door skin off to see if something is broken. I recently purchased my used 2004 Silver GX470 with 51,000 miles this is my first luxury vehicle I have owned and I must say I love it. I wanted to introduce my self because Im sure I will have question for you all sooner or later when it comes to parts, or good places to get my Lexus serviced with out paying out the nose to a dealer. I recently purchased my 2004 GX470 with 51,000 miles on it and I avg around 250 miles per tank + or - but I do like when I fill up the meter says I have 330 miles before fill up, I don’t think it will ever be that good. But I’m in Denver Colorado so maybe the altitude makes a difference.
