  1. Hi, I just bought my 07 ES350 UL and tried imputing phone numbers into the NAVI and I use a calling number for overseas calls that involves dialing a number, entering a password, and then my phone number. On my cell phone I have it working perfect with a pause function , but the same isnt working using my bluetooth attached to the car NAVI.

    Thanks!

I have the same problem with my 2010 RX350. Doesn't recognize "pause" or "wait". Dealer says it is a known issue that Lexus is working on but I have been hearing that malarkey for 3 months.

  2. System allows you to program "pause" and "wait" commands when entering speed dial or contact phone numbers (e.g. for accessing voicemail) but the system does not recognize the commands or send them which renders it useless for accessing voicemail. The dealer says "this is a known issue and Lexus is working on it". Been hearing the same excuse for 3 months. Has anyone had a different experience?

  3. OK FOLKS HERE IS THE ANSWER - AND YOU'RE NOT GOING TO LIKE IT.

I went to the dealer yesterday and saw their "bluetooth expert".. He says this is a known issue and they are hoping to get a software fix from Lexus. There is no workaround at this point. Makes the bluetooth useless for calling in to voicemail, although you still can input the wait or pause and the following numbers from your phone.

  4. I hope that the info that I am giving you here will help you all.

We own a RS-330, 2004 and complained to the service department about how the navigation system was directing us to the wrong locations while on a trip to Georgia.

The dealer installed an upgrade disk last week and when I looked at the DVD version, it was the same 3.1.

I explained that we bought a 2004 Lexus and should have 2004 disc installed.

They set up an appointment for me this morning and when the work was done, I checked the DVD version and it shows 4.1.

    We are very happy campers.

It just goes to show that at times, all one has to do is politely complain and ask and sometimes we get what we want.

    Go forth all and ask..lol.

I had a similar experience but had to do it through Lexus who then made the arrangements with the dealer

  6. Found it. Thanks. See above reply BY RXlover, it is correct. Once you slide the tab, it exposes an eject button. Simply puch the button and the DVD pops out. NOTE IGNITION MUST BE IN THE ON POSITION SO THE SYSTEM IS TURNED ON TO EJECT THE DVD.
