I have a 1990 LS 400 and the dash seems to be loosing power...I can regain dash lights by moving the fuse box a little but its not permanant. I've read through the entire post and think I have a capacitor problem as well. When my dash shuts off, I also loose pwr to my windows, locks, gas cover, etc... Anyone have a wiring diagram or any thoughts to lead me in a direction? Thanks
