My car won't start after i changed the timing belt and water pump and distributing rotters(no new spark plug or wires because i can't afford them :( ) it almost starts every time i crank it, its like maybe 1 second off from starting. any idea what it might be? i have to jump it cause my batts dead, and I'll try to record it if anyone needs it. please help me. thanks in advance. :)

Does it matter if the timing belt alignment line was moved as i was taking the crankshaft pulley bolt out? Please help. It's a Ls400 91'.
